How do the credits work?
Your $150 auto-debit rolls right into your spa account as a $150 credit. Busy month? No worries at all! Credits roll over, so you’ll never lose out on your spa funds.
Can I share my membership?
To make sure you get the absolute most out of your VIP status, memberships and discounts can’t be shared. (But we highly encourage making it a spa date with your bestie!)
What's the commitment?
We like to keep things flexible! This is a rolling contract, meaning you aren’t locked into a strict 1-year commitment. We just ask for a minimum 90-day stay, and a 30-day notice if you ever need to cancel.
Can I hit pause?
Life happens! You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months to keep your account on hold until you're ready to dive back in.
