Loyalty FAQs
How do I redeem my points?
As soon as you hit a minimum of 10 points, you can start redeeming them toward your favorite services and products at checkout. Just let our guest services team know you want to use your points!
Do my points expire?
Points stay active for 185 days (about 6 months). But don't worry, we won't let you forget about them! We will send you a loyalty statement every 3 months to keep you updated, plus a friendly reminder 30 days before any points are set to expire.
Can expired points be brought back?
Once points expire, they can't be reinstated or redeemed, so make sure to treat yourself before time runs out!
